As one of the leading German packaging suppliers, Leopold GmbH is naturally certified to BRC-IoP, the binding hygiene standard for food packaging defined by the British Retail Consortium (BRC) together with the Institute for Packaging (IoP).
The standard was drawn up to achieve the highest possible standards and exclude health hazards for consumers. It not only focuses on hygienic production conditions, but also the potential transfer of hazardous substances to the food itself.
